APHC, your plumbers association brings to you the plumbing and heating engineer a specific training course so that you can gain an understanding of water regulations / water byelaws in order to become an approved plumber/contractor and we welcome both non-APHC members and APHC members to book course places!
This course has been developed by BPEC to help plumbers update their knowledge of this important legislation which is used to control the insulation and use of water supply systems. The course will help you the plumbing contractor to implement Water Regulations competently, not only in new installation work, but also to ensure that you are able to recognise and rectify contraventions which you will come across in existing water supply systems.
Aimed primarily at practising plumbers, who already have a knowledge of hot and cold water systems, the package will be of interest, and be useful, to water inspectors and anyone who is involved with the installation, design, or specification of water systems or with buildings containing water systems. It will also be of benefit to those attending who may have limited previous knowledge

Plumbing and heating engineers attending this course will need to have some working knowledge of plumbing and the water industry.
The course currently costs £150 per person (for APHC members) or £200 per person (for non-APHC members). This includes the training, refreshments and lunch.
The course is held at APHC Ltd offices at Unit 12 The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive, Shirley, Solihull B90 4SB.
