APHC is warning that the cool-down in the plumbing industry is reaching a critical stage. Although many factors have contributed to the cool-down, APHC believes the issue of oversupply is the major factor. Clive Dickin, APHCs Chief Executive, comments: "I am speaking to members about the slowdown they are experiencing and it is not uncommon for them to report that where they previously had waiting times for their customers of five to six months, now its more like two or three weeks.
