APHC Certification Ltd. is now offering the Green Deal Scheme to all approved installers alongside its comprehensive Competent Persons Scheme.
Companies approved under the Competent Persons Scheme or Green Deal Installer Scheme can promote themselves as a ‘Certified Company’. In order to be part of one or all of the APHC Certification Ltd. Schemes, the company must meet the minimum operating criteria for each of the schemes.
John Thompson, Chief Executive of APHC, explained: APHC Certification Ltd. is delighted to be able to accept applications from installers to join its Green Deal Installer Scheme. Our scheme is highly customer focused, in that installers can join one or all the schemes under one application. This effectively makes the process more cost effective and streamlined compared to other schemes and allows installers to select the work areas they want to be approved against. The operating costs for the Green Deal are prohibitive enough for installers our aim is to make things simpler through our scheme. In the coming months we hope to add the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) to our growing certification scheme portfolio.”
