Training Information

The Plumbing and heating industry is always evolving and investment in training is a vital for you and your employees, to acquire new skills and develop existing ones, in order to keep up-to-date on new legislations, new technologies and run a professional and successful business.

APHC offer high quality and cost effective training courses, open to both members and non-members. Our trainers are highly experienced in their fields of expertise and the courses have been designed to focus on specific areas of plumbing and heating, so that delegates can learn new skills in bite-size chunks.

NB. All course costs above include the trainer, venue, tea, coffee and lunch.
All courses above are carried out at the APHC office in Solihull, West Midlands.

£60 training grant - available to APHC members and non-members:

The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors’ sister company APHC Training Ltd, a registered charity, is offering a new grant funding scheme for 2012. APHC Training will fund all bona fide plumbing and heating companies who wish to keep an existing qualified employee up to date on their training.

Any interested companies, both members and non-members, can download the APHC member or non-member training grant forms below. After a course has been completed (which must be done by the end of 2012), applicants will need to send a copy of their invoice from the training provider along with their certificate of successful completion of the course, and APHC will put the £60 straight into their business bank account.

NB. Companies who received grants in 2011 will be able to apply again in 2012 for the the £60 training grant.
